Dual Stoper™
|
The Dual Stoper™ is a Primadet® non-electric blast initiation system used for sequential blasting in underground stoping and bord & pillar applications. The Dual Stoper™ is a combination of products that comprises of a Dual Det™ and either an EZ Stoper® or EZ Platinum Trunkline™ unit. The Dual Det™ is a Primadet® non-electric delay detonator that can fire two blast holes simultaneously.The Dual Stoper™ system provide precise, reliable and millisecond accurate sequential blasting, in addition to a fast, simple and cost effective hook-up while allowing an unlimited number of holes to be shot with inherent sequential timing.

EZ Det®
|
The EZ Det® non-electric blast initiation system is precise, reliable and millisecond accurate, used in open pit mining, quarries and construction.
The system is commonly used in ‘air blast’ sensitive areas as it is considered ‘noiseless’. The EZ Det® system can be used with various timing combinations to provide precise, reliable and millisecond accurate sequential blasting, in addition to a fast, simple and cost effective hook-up while allowing an unlimited number of holes to be shot with inherent sequential timing.

EZ Trunkline™

The EZ Trunkline™ is mainly used in surface applications and can be used in conjunction with Primadet® non-electric delay products such as the EZ Det®. The EZ Trunkline™ is used with shock tube downlines only and therefore commonly used as a bridging device when problems are present or as a hook-up unit, especially in “air blast” sensitive areas, as it is considered “noiseless”.

LP Primadet® - Long period delay series

The LP Primadet® System is a precise and reliable non-electric blast initiation system, when used in conjunction with Detacord® detonating cord, designed for use in underground bord & pillar, shaft-sinking, drop-raising and tunnelling applications.To ensure flexibility, the LP Primadet® System consists of 20 different delays / timings that may be used in various combinations depending on the application. The LP Primadet® system provide precise, reliable and millisecond accurate sequential blasting, in addition to a fast, simple and cost effective hook-up while allowing an unlimited number of holes to be shot with inherent sequential timing. The LP Primadet® can be packed in various combinations & timing to ensure simplicity of application (LB blastpack).

MS Primadet® - millisecond series

MS Primadet® series detonators are used as downlines in opencast mining and quarry operations where ‘point initiation’ is desired down the hole. Noiseless Lead-in-Line (NLIL)

The Noiseless lead-in-line (NLIL) non-electric delay detonator is used as the primary initiator for surface mining, quarrying and construction blasts. The Noiseless Lead-in-Line, lengthens the Primadet® non-electric delay detonator surface unit being used as a primary initiator and therefore allowing the blaster to initiate the shot from a predetermined position of safety.The system is commonly used in ‘air blast’ sensitive areas as it is considered ‘noiseless’.
